Case-Based POCUS: Gastrointestinal & Venous Congestion Ultrasound

Join three experienced clinicians as they work through a dynamic case-based POCUS session. Using a single evolving clinical scenario, the presenters will alternate between teaching segments and live ultrasound scanning, demonstrating how bedside ultrasound can guide real-time decision making. As the case unfolds, the faculty will introduce gastric, bowel, and gallbladder ultrasound, as well as VEXUS assessment for venous congestion. Each speaker will both teach and perform live scanning, providing practical insights into image acquisition, interpretation, and clinical application. This interactive format offers a unique opportunity to see multiple POCUS applications integrated into one patient story, highlighting how these tools can complement each other in everyday clinical practice.
